PRODUCTION TIME is going to be 2-3 business days. Thank you for your patience!
Your order will ship USPS First Class mail, usually within 3-5 business days after receiving your payment. If you need it shipped out sooner, please send me a message BEFORE you purchase to check to see if I can accommodate! I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the shipping process. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority with tracking and insurance, please contact me for details about additional fees.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
Please note that I do my best to make sure that the colors in my photos are the truest representation of the colors of the actual item pictured. Colors may vary slightly from the photo of the item, due to monitor settings.

**SIZING***
Please be sure of your ring size before ordering!! There are resources on my website under the 'Size Guide' tab. :) I am more than happy to resize your ring, if needed. Please note that while there is no charge for resizing the ring, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

***EXCHANGES***
If you aren't happy with your purchase, I will gladly exchange your item for another item in my shop, equal to the value of what was purchased. Exchanges and refunds must be made within 2 weeks of your purchase.
***CANCELLATIONS***
Please note that I do not accept cancellation requests.
***REFUNDS***
Refunds will be given if an exchange isn't possible. Refunds cannot be given on custom orders. Jewelry must be returned, unworn and in the same condition it was shipped in. Shipping charges are not refundable.
